Residential Metal Roofing

Metal roofing has become popular with homeowners for many reasons.  They add value to your home, they come in a large variety of colors, they’re versatile, and they’re durable.  A metal roof should last as long as your house.  They completely seal out water and they’re strong enough to withstand heavy winds and severe weather conditions.  Metal roofs are resistant to fire, mildew, insects, pests, and rot, and they’re much lighter than traditional shingles.  Some metal roofs can even be installed over your existing roof.  Though they are more expensive than traditional roofing, the cost is made up for the longevity of the product.

We offer three styles of metal roofs.

Rib Panel

Rib Panel is an exposed fastener system that is great for barns, pavilions, carports, etc. but not recommended for structures with interior use because the exposed fasteners can wear out over time.  They’re also called PBR which stands for Purlin Bearing Rib meaning they have an extra lip on the edge that provides extra overlap resulting in superior leak protection than systems with “R” panels.

Standing Seam

Standing seam metal roofs have no exposed fasteners to break down and instead has seams that are above the level of the roof itself.  They’re versatile and come in different colors, making them perfect for houses.  Their sleek appearance matches particularly well with modern homes.

Coated Steel

Coated steel roofs are the best of both worlds.  They’re steel roofs coated with material that gives them the classic beauty of slate, clay, or traditional shingles with the durability of a steel roof.
